Join this cooking workshop and learn how to prepare French traditional Provencal dishes and a 3 courses lunch with Chef Edith. Within a warm and friendly atmosphere, participants will feel at home cooking in Edith's kitchen. Some fun to expect even for those who just wish to watch...

Driven to the heart of Rural Provence, you will spend about 3 hours with Edith as your chef, playing to enhance flavours and colours. She will give you little tips to success in your everydays cooking. You may visit both traditionnal and modern cooking style with Edith.

The lunch is included in this class as you will have prepared it with local fresh products. Edith will also teach you how to present your preparation nicely on a plate before tasting it...

In the afternoon, you will be driven back along the 24 kilometers Canyon of the Ardèche river and its meander and learn more about this amazing geological formations. The 300 meter deep canyon or the famous natural arch of the Pont d’Arc will have no more secrets for you. On several opportunities you will hold on to the railings of the belvederes to pictures these astonishing views.

The Ardèche area is one of the richest French regions in terms of archaeological sites. Here, some 35000 years ago the world oldest wall painting were drawn and rediscovered in 1994. We will pass by the Chauvet cave site (closed to the public) and currently applying to be registered on the UNESCO heritage list.
